The Brisbane Transit Centre is an integrated purpose built facility,
which is situated on the northern side of Roma Street, Brisbane,
and approximately 750 metres west of the Brisbane General Post Office.
The property is located adjacent to and partially above Roma Street
Railway Station.
The property incorporates a major hotel, two commercial office
towers, two levels of retail accommodation, a commercial car park
operation and a national coach terminal. The various components
of the property are briefly described as follows:

square metres in addition to a 12 level high rise office tower
with a lettable area of 12, 140 square metres.

A multi level car. The car park is split into 2 with the main car park at the western end and is accessed via the western entry from Roma Street. Two-way ramps connect the four levels whilst access for all vehicles is controlled via boom gates at the ground level. The eastern car park comprises two levels of parking beneath the Holiday Inn Hotel. Access is obtained via the entry to the Holiday Inn.
