The retail component consists of approximately 3,294 square metres (excluding common areas and walkways) of retailing on three levels.

The ground floor opens on to Roma Street and contains the main entrance and ticketing offices for Queensland Rail, a coffee lounge, news kiosk and commercial offices.

The Level 2 Retail Area comprises of a large food court, barber, medical centre, games and Internet facilities, newsagency and a chemist.

Situated directly above the Level 2 Retail Area and extending further to the west is the coach terminal, which comprises of National Bus Companies and Day Tour operators. Included on this level is a coffee kiosk, backpacker information and accommodation facilities.
