Lift capacities are 20 passengers and 23 in service lifts.
Maximum load for the goods lifts is 1600kg.
All goods lifts must be booked through Security in the foyers.

Goods Delivery

West Tower:
Level 3-Coach deck. Loading zone in front of Taxi drop off area.
Access must initially go through the foyer security in each
tower

East Tower:
Small deliveries in front of East Tower foyer. Large deliveries
access via level 3-coach deck.
Access Control and Building Automation System
The access control system is currently owned and operated by the
onsite tenant.
The Building automation system is a Barber-Colman system which controls
the air conditioning and water treatment only. The system is operated
by the Centre Management.
