Coach Deck/Buses

The coach deck is only to be used by authorized buses, taxis and courier vehicles that are delivering to the coach deck, west and east Towers.

It is not to be used by the general public or tenants as a delivery point or parking area. The coach deck area is strictly policed by Centre Security at all times. Unauthorised use of the coach deck could result in vehicles being towed away.

Access to the coachdeck is strictly limited to coaches and taxis only, for all other pick ups and drop offs there is a two (2) minute drop off zone in the car park.

Access

Access to the coach deck is via Roma Street opposite the Queensland Police Headquarters, (next to Abel Rent a Car). To get to the coach deck you simply follow the ramp up past the sign that says, "Buses and Taxis Only".

Casual Parking for Buses

Bus companies wishing to use the coach deck to drop off/collect passengers or for overnight parking must contact Centre Management on 07 3236 2528. An application form will need to be completed and insurance documentation supplied. A fee applies for this service.

Unauthorised companies are not permitted on the coach deck.

Luggage Lockers

For your convenience coin operated luggage lockers are available on both Level 3 and the Ground Floor.

Back Packer Pick Up/Drop off Point

There is a back packer pick up and drop off point at the Centre for all back packer hostels in Brisbane. The area is located at the rear of the Centre. Access is via the coach deck ramp. Buses turn right, through an opening in the parapet wall half way up the ramp. This will take them onto a concrete access road that follows the rear of the building, (beside the railway track). The pickup and drop off zone is marked about 200 metres along the access road.
Back packer buses are not permitted on coach deck.
